Dr. Samuel Esterson is the founder of our talented group of clinicians. He started an independent practice in 1985 in a small building on Security Boulevard. Soon thereafter the office expanded and he moved to our current, cozy home on Rolling Road. Sam was born and bred in Baltimore and traces his roots here for four generations. He is married to a Philadelphian, Malka, a nurse in the Baltimore County Public Schools, for 38 years, and they have three grown young men and one daughter-in-law, all of whom are in the medical/healthcare fields. He enjoys home and office DIY projects, listening to and playing music, and his weekly cycling outing with Malka. Sam’s favorite day is when a patient is discharged--when he revels in his patient’s progress and is proud of the team who made it all happen.
